How much XP do XP Boosts give in League of Legends?

There are two types of XP Boosts in the game Duration Boosts and Win Boosts. Duration boosts double the amount of XP you earn after the game but expires after a certain period of time. Win Boosts apply an additional 210 XP but only if you win your game. It is advisable to take duration boosts but only if you are planning to play for a longer period of time.
