Funny and Cool Skins in the League of Legends Store

Riot is always actively releasing skins for League of Legends in the store since the launch of the game way back in 2009. Among those store skins, a few of them got their popularity up for being funny and cool. These special features brought players a lot of fun times and some of them are still very popular even today.

Having a store skin in League of Legends is necessary not only to alter your appearance, but various features such as the models, voice overs and animations as well. There are usually two ways you can obtain these skins which will be listed below.

One way you can obtain skins is via the Crafting System, which allows you to turn skin shards received into an actual permanent skin. These skin shards can be found in loot boxes (Mastery Chests) that every player can earn at the end of the game, if they got an S-rank or higher. Also, remember that every player can earn a chest for every champion only once. For instance, if you earned a chest for Riven, you will not be able to receive another second chest for Riven until its next season.

The other way you have to is simply load some RP (Riot Points) onto your LoL account using real world currency. However, before purchasing any RP, it will be a good idea to always look into the In-Game store first, to see which skins you would love to own.

And after you’ve gotten yourself some nice skins, you can also check out our best tips at improving your performance in League of Legends.

Below you can find some of the most funny and cool skins in League of Legends store, from my point of view.

Risen Fiddlesticks

This Mummy skin turns Fiddle into a walking wrapped scarecrow corpse. It’s an interesting combination. Fiddle can fly around to cause damage to nearby enemies. With this skin, he creates a dangerous sandstorm filled with scarab beetles that fly around decimating everything.

Fiddlesticks can be scary, but the normal avatar of Fiddle doesn’t really scream “spoopy” with that goofy laugh of his and rainbow lights. With this skin however, you can really bring around the creepy factor in Fiddle with a horde of oversized beetles.

This special League of Legends skin costs 1350 RP.
